The Nets have a host of injury questions coming into camp, but Joe Harris isn’t one.

A disconcertingly high percentage of the roster is coming off surgery, and Harris actually had not one but two procedures performed on his ankle. But the sweet-shooting forward’s agent told The Post he is not only expected to be ready for the start of training camp this month, but is already “100 percent.”

When asked to elaborate on that place, whether Harris has already been cleared to go five-on-five, Bartelstein confirmed he had. Any kind of health certainty would be welcome news for the Nets, whose practice facility fittingly has Hospital for Special Surgery as a sponsor. Harris, Seth Curry, Ben Simmons, T.J. Warren and Edmond Sumner are all coming off procedures — the latter trio not having played a second last season.Harris was sidelined after injuring his left ankle on Nov. 14 in Oklahoma City. He had surgery on Nov. 29, and had initially been expected back in four to eight weeks.

Harris’ floor spacing was missed, the Nets’ effective field-goal percentage of .563 in the 423 minutes he played dipping to .537 with him off the court. They also missed his 6-foot-6, 220-pound size on the wing, the Nets eventually getting swept out of the playoffs in the first round by the eventual NBA finalists, the Boston Celtics.
