Nestlé scrubs up well with private equity makeover dasha_reuters
Nestlé said on May 16 it was in exclusive talks to sell its skin-health business to a consortium led by private equity firm EQT and sovereign wealth fund Abu Dhabi Investment Authority for 10.2 billion Swiss francs .
Headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland, Nestlé Skin Health had net sales of 2.8 billion Swiss francs in 2018. It employs more than 5,000 people in 40 countries.
