The University of Nebraska has set up a volleyball court inside of Memorial Stadium where its football team plays. The university has sold over 90,000 tickets for ‘Volleyball Day,’ which will take place on Wednesday night.
The largest crowd for a U.S. women’s sporting event had a total attendance of 90,185 fans at the 1999 World Cup soccer final between the United States and China at the Rose Bowl.
