“Some of it is just dictated by the market and the willingness and desire for pitchers to want to be here,” Young said. “We have been very fortunate that we’ve had a number of very talented players who wanted to be Texas Rangers, and they made it happen on their end as much as us making it happen on ours. When you have that mutual feeling and desire to partner together, this is what happens. This is the result of that.
