A Plano Public Library event will offer insights into the technology behind the NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope.

” Les Murray at Davis Library, 7501-B Independence Parkway, on Saturday, Sept. 17, at 3 p.m.In addition to learning about NASA’s largest and newest space telescope, attendees can participate in a space-related activity, according to an announcement by the library.The Plano Public Library’s STEAM series continues on Saturday, Oct., 1 at 3 p.m., with a Sun Power seminar at Davis Library exploring space, weather and the sun.

Topics covered will include how to use a solar telescope to safely view the sun. Attendees will also create a fun art piece.
