Paramount Pictures has released a trailer for 'Smile 2,' starring Naomi Scott and Lukas Gage.
In the clip, Scott embodies singer Skye Riley, a Lady Gaga-like star whose life behind the scenes takes a horrifying turn when someone from her past appears and, well, smiles. The trailer includes Skye Riley’s fictional single, “Blood on White Satin,” which Scott performed for the film.
A synopsis for the movie notes, “About to embark on a new world tour, global pop sensation Skye Riley begins experiencing increasingly terrifying and inexplicable events. Overwhelmed by the escalating horrors and the pressures of fame, Skye is forced to face her dark past to regain control of her life before it spirals out of control.”stars Scott, Gage, Rosemarie DeWitt, Kyle Gallner, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Peter Jacobson, Raúl Castillo, Dylan Gelula, and Ray Nicholson.
