Police say the victim was a woman who was sitting on a bench in Aurora, Ont. when she was approached by a man wearing only a baseball hat and boots.
AURORA, ONT. — He was wearing a baseball cap, boots, and nothing else, said York Regional Police, when describing a naked male suspect who committed an indecent act in a public area in Aurora.
It happened on July 9, around 6 p.m., when York police received reports of an incident in the Case Woodlot trail system in Aurora, a forested area located nearPolice allege a woman was sitting on a bench along the public trail when a naked man emerged from the forested area. The male suspect, police say, then approached the victim and committed “an indecent act,” before running away in a southwesterly direction into the wooded area towards the park near Highview Public School.
Investigators have released video of the suspect running down the trail, wearing a baseball hat and boots, and are appealing for help from the public to identify him.
