Earl Kelly has been charged with several crimes ranging from sexual assault, unlawful possession of a weapon to robbery, according to the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office. They allege Kelly ribbed and assaulted the 19-year-old victim at the Holiday Inn in Parsippany.He was arrested on Jan. 7 and is being held at the Morris County Correctional Facility
