A 6th grade student at Samuel E. Shull Middle School in Perth Amboy has been charged.
blocks from the middle school both attend is in stable condition and being treated at an area hospital, a city official said Friday morning.
Perth Amboy spokeswoman Lisette Lebron said city officials expect to release an additional statement later Friday.
