Ryan and Ron Anderson died battling PTSD after returning from war in Afghanistan. Their parents keep these photos framed in their living room. Regiment of Canadian Guards on Parliament Hill and then the Royal Canadian Regiment. Maureen herself served briefly with the Air Force as a nurse in Ottawa."That was his life and he loved it," she said, adding Ryan wasn't far behind.
Ryan, pictured here in Afghanistan, had a close call when his LAV hit an IED. He escaped uninjured, but not unshaken.
