Police say foul play is suspected in the disappearance of 41-year-old Kimberly Gsell, who abruptly stopped contacting her family and friends the weekend of Sept. 28 and 29, 2019.

Although Gsell has family all over central Pennsylvania, Franks said she was a transient at the time, staying with friends in motels and other places. Throughout 2019, Franks said Gsell had become more of a loner, distancing herself from family and sticking to friends. But something was off the weekend of Sept. 28th and 29th.
