Less than an hour later, Cain responded to the presidential candidate’s comments on Twitter, according to the“My AR is ready for you Robert Francis,” Cain tweeted, in a post that has since been removed by Twitter for violating “the company’s rules against violence and wishing harm against others,”"Robert" is O’Rourke’s legal first name and "Francis" is his middle name, according to Slate.
