Officials at DFW Airport said they were unaware of any snakes attempting to board any planes or sneak into any terminals on Sunday.
North Texas resident Olivia Constance captured some wild video at around 3 p.m. on Sunday in which a snake can be seen slithering toward an entrance at DFW Airport's Terminal D -- but ultimately coming up short in its effort.
So: What was the snake trying to do, exactly? We like the theory Constance and her companions can be heard offering up on her footage -- that the snake was maybe looking for a respite from the hot and muggy temperatures outside and hoping to soak up some air conditioning inside the terminal.
