“A steady stream of snow has been falling this morning. I can’t say that was the cause of these collisions, we’ll have to look at that, but certainly, we would caution the public from driving in these kinds of conditions,” said Const. Gavin Moore.

Moore said that incident took place near the diner in Hazelgrove, and no serious injuries were reported. The spokesperson said the plow had been hit by a car on its passenger side, causing minor damage to the plow.Moore said the other two incidents took place near Hunter River, one of which included a van that had flipped onto its roof at the top of the hill heading southeast into the village.While all three incidents are still under investigation, Moore said weather conditions may have contributed to the collisions.
Later in the day, Moore provided an update, saying there were 13 collisions reported with no major injuries.
