There are some good gags and clever innovations in “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem,” writes AP Film Writer Jake Coyle. But there is one brilliant idea: casting Ice Cube as the voice of the movie’s mutant insect supervillain, Super Fly.
