“I was confident was someone that could certainly make an impact for us,” he said. “We were extremely fortunate that she had reached out to us and decided that Mount A was her calling just like her mother back in the day.”“Abby is not a person that takes no for an answer,” he said. “She’s prepared to go out and do what it takes to get where she wants to be.”The modest Miller said she was surprised but grateful by the accolades she’s recently received.
Abby Miller was named a Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association all-Canadian this year. - Galen JuliussonMiller is graduating this spring with her sociology degree. She is taking some time off from school and moving to Prince Edward Island with a friend where she will be looking for work. Miller said they kind of stayed away from each other on the court, which she joked was probably best for their parents.
