John Frisbie, 31, of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, also pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated.
He appeared before state Superior Court Judge Michael Gaus on April 26, the prosecutor’s office said. Frisbie’s sentencing is scheduled for July 14.
Frisbie was operating a 2015 Harley Davidson south on Route 521 on June 18, 2022, with a group of motorcycle riders out for a Father’s Day weekend ride that had started in New York State, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
