“It was so crazy, because, nobody knew how to do anything!” recalls the showrunner about running the Apple TV+ set in the early days of the pandemic.
“I remember when it started, thinking, like Stella, ‘What is this contact tracing? I don’t know how to protect all these people — what am I supposed to do?’ No one had the facts. One day, it was good to wear a mask. And, it was so politically divided. It was such a confusing and scary time. But, we’re getting there.”
