The poll, commissioned by Express Employment Professionals, says 56% of companies in Canada use artificial intelligence to do work.

Most employers believe AI will have a positive impact with 85% saying it makes processes more efficient and frees up employee time and 79% saying it enhances customer service. Companies also think AI will have a positive impact on reducing the shrinking workforce and closing the skills gap .
