The Hill Times

Communications staff moves keep coming, and recently include a domino of press secretary changes affecting the offices of Government House Leader Karina Gould, Tourism Minister Soraya Martinez Ferrada, and Fisheries and Oceans Minister Diane Lebouthillier during the week of Oct. 21. Marie-Justine Torres is now press secretary to the government House leader.

Rheal Lewis is chief of staff to Gould, whose office otherwise currently includes Daniel Arsenault, deputy chief of staff; Kornelia Mankowski, director of Senate affairs; Izabel Czuzoj-Shulman, director of policy; Samantha Smitiuch, director of operations; and Russell Milon, director of issues management. Jumping back to Martinez Ferrada’s team, with Torres’ recent departure, Jean-Christophe Armstrong has been scooped up to serve as the minister’s new press secretary.
