The McGill University Health Centre is facing allegations of systemic discrimination from employees and patients. Multiple staff members who spoke to Global News say it has been a problem for years despite many complaints. A report on systemic discrimination is expected to be released soon but already people are coming forward to share their stories of discrimination. Global's Phil Carpenter reports.
