The Victoire took over first place in the six-team PWHL standings with their fourth consecutive win. They have 13 points, one more than the Minnesota Frost.

The 26-year-old centre beat Soderberg five-hole on a breakaway, ending Boston’s power play 30 seconds in thanks to the league’s “jailbreak” rule. Wilgren then doubled the lead at 18:27.Montreal’s league-worst power play fell to 2 for 25 on the season.
