Moment police sniper kills man holding both a gun and kidnapped baby in his arms
Dramatic body camera video captured the moment a police sniper took down an armed suspect who was holding a baby he was accused of kidnapping. Incident happened on February 17 in the town of Beaver Dam, which is near the Utah / Arizona border. Oscar Alcantara, 30, was wanted in connection with an incident in which a firearm was used. Officers arrived at a home and saw Alcantara leaving the premises in an SUV.
