Mom of Todd Chrisley's Granddaughter Reveals Plans to Regain Custody

A potentially fierce custody battle may soon be on the horizon for the mother of Todd and Julie Chrisley's biological granddaughter, Chloe.

. She says the wheels are in motion but claims this isn't the first time she's thought about going through with regaining custody.
