Gaby McCabe, wife of Leafs defenceman Jake, shared the news on her Instagram story over the weekend, complete with what appeared to be a few party favours from a baby shower.
The Marners first met in elementary school but then reconnected and began dating during Mitch's junior hockey career with the Ontario Hockey League's London Knights while Steph attended the University of Western Ontario.
