Ontario Provincial Police say a Fort Frances woman reported missing from the Northwestern Ontario town has ties to the Sault Ste. Marie area.

OPP’s Rainy River District Detachment says the woman, identified only as Melanie, was last seen at a Fort Frances McDonald's on Monday, February 26. The 35-year-old is described as 5-foot-9 and 110 pounds with blueish-green eyes, a nose ring and long dirty blonde hair. Anyone with information is asked to call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
