The 11-month-old child was inside a gray 2020 Hyundai Elantra along the unit block of 69th Street at 6:30 p.m. when it was stolen.Shortly before 8:30 p.m.
, police told NBC10 the child was found safe along the 100 block of Heather Road in Upper Darby. The car remains missing however.A photo of the stolen car.
