Ming Xiang brand Enoki mushrooms recalled because of potential Listeria contamination

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a recall for Ming Xiang brand Enoki mushrooms due to a possible Listeria contamination.

The product was sold in 200g packages in British Columbia with best before dates up to and including April 4, 2022, and may also have been distributed nationally. Customers are being told to either throw the mushrooms out or return them to the store where they were purchased.Food contaminated with Listeria may not look or smell spoiled but can still make you sick.
