Among those respondents, 52% say they would have to relocate in order to achieve this milestone, said the poll, which was conducted by Leger.The survey also found 57% of Canadian millennials are already homeowners.Article content“Policymakers should take note that between millennial demand, immigration and the growing pipeline of those who could not transact over the last two years, more supply is required,” said Soper.

“This generation of Torontonians overwhelmingly desires to be homeowners, and many of them are willing to make concessions in order to get on the real estate ladder,” said Tom Storey, head of The Storey Team, Royal LePage Signature Realty.
