The singer's stripped-down version of the title track from Pink Floyd's 1975 albumfelt aching as she performed by a fire pit that cast a red glow on the singer and guitarist, who sat away from Cyrus to maintain social distancing. The lyrics also seemed fitting for the current situation:"How I wish, how I wish you were here/ We're just two lost souls/ Swimming in a fish bowl/ Year after year.
Watt kept things simple on the guitar, letting Cyrus' voice shine. The guitarist had shared in March that, urging fans at the time to take the pandemic seriously. The 29-year-old explained on Instagram that the virus left him feeling as if he had been"hit by a bus," and had to repeatedly beg for a test before finally getting one from a private doctor. He noted of the virus,"I can't stress this enough... This is not a joke.
