Donald Glover has been revealed as the MCU's version of the Prowler in Across the Spider-Verse, which confirms Miles Morales' existence in the MCU.

Released on June 2, 2023, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse saw Miles Morales embark on a multiversal adventure, bringing him face-to-face with hundreds of different versions of Spider-Man, as well as a multitude of infamous Spider-Man villains.

Although he hasn't been seen in the MCU since, his appearance in Homecoming sparked theories that Davis' nephew, Miles Morales, would be making his way to Marvel Studios' franchise, though there hasn't been any word on this in the six years since Glover's debut.
Across The Spider-Verse's MCU Prowler Confirmation Explained Comics artist, inker, and lead character designer on Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Kris Anka took to Twitter to reveal more information about Donald Glover's Prowler design. The images of Glover's character design label him as "MCU Prowler," finally confirming that Glover was in fact reprising his role from Spider-Man: Homecoming, and cementing the villain in the MCU.
Eagle-eyed MCU viewers would have also caught an Easter egg in Spider-Man: Homecoming which named the Prowler as one of Aaron Davis' known aliases. The label appears on Spider-Man's database before he goes to meet Davis in the parking garage, which confirms once-and-for-all that Miles Morales does exist in the MCU, and that it's likely he'll get a comic-accurate introduction into the franchise.
How The MCU Can Now Use Miles Morales In Live-Action One major change to the source material is that Miles Morales exists in the MCU's main continuity, and has been set up to become Spider-Man on Earth-616, rather than Earth-1610 where he resides in Marvel Comics. This suggests that Marvel Studios won't have to wait until Avengers: Secret Wars to introduce Miles.
