Will Levis will begin training camp third on the Titans’ depth chart but he’ll have the opportunity to compete his way up the ranks.
Titans head coach Mike Vrabel spoke to reporters on Friday and explained that there will be a quarterback competition with Levis, veteran Ryan Tannehill and second-year pro Malik Willis.
“Ryan will be the starting quarterback on Monday,” Vrabel said, according to NFL.com. “Malik will be the backup. Will will be the third quarterback. And what I’ve told them is whatever happens after that will be up to the players. That’s what it’s always been here. That’s what we always want it to be.”“That’s our job is to bring in competition at every position,” Vrabel continued. “It’s not a secret.
