There, he expressed his eagerness to serve as Speaker and argued that Congress and the United States"has re-emerged now as a beacon of liberty for the world" after the debates over the speakership.
The House Speaker noted the"crisis of identity" in the United States with regard to the political divide between parties on moral matters as well as growing tensions around the world involving Hamas, Taiwan, and Ukraine. He then urged attendees to"challenge our existing paradigms and chart a new path forward."ARC describes itself as"an international community with a vision for a better world where every citizen can prosper, contribute and flourish.
