The shooting happened at 6:10 p.m. that Wednesday at Frosting’s barber shop, which is in the 1400 block of Woodward Road.Dunklin of McCalla, stumbled outside after he was wounded and collapsed. He was taken to UAB Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 6:44 p.m.Bell said Mullin surrendered to police on Sunday.
