Microsoft says the technical difficulties that plagued some customers Tuesday have been resolved.
In a post on X, the company confirmed that"after extensive monitoring," the access and performance issues affecting multiple Microsoft 365 services are now cleared.
At the time, Microsoft said it believed that network configuration changes it made had"successfully mitigated the impacts of the usage spike."
