The Rolling Stones have been forced to postpone a series of U.S. and Canadian stadium dates to allow frontman Mick Jagger to recover from a mystery illness.
The band’s only Canadian date on the No Filter tour was an outdoor concert at Burl’s Creek Event Grounds in Oro-Medonte, Ont., north of Toronto.I’m so sorry to all our fans in America & Canada with tickets. I really hate letting you down like this. — Mick Jagger March 30, 2019“Mick has been advised by doctors that he cannot go on tour at this time, as he needs medical treatment,” a Twitter post on the band’s official account reads. “The doctors have advised Mick that he is expected to make a complete recovery so that he can get back on stage as soon as possible.”The U.S. leg of the band’s No Filter Tour was scheduled to kick off in Miami, Florida on April 20.
