After Thomas Markle’s stroke, a fierce debate has broken out between Meghan Markle’s fans and critics over whether she should attempt to reconcile with her father.
Thomas Markle was scheduled to travel to the UK to enjoy Queen Elizabeth’s II Platinum Jubilee celebrations next week. He was to be feted by some of Meghan’s well-known media detractors, including Campbell and Wootton, who was one of the first journalists to report on her father’s stroke.
Meghan’s fans and critics are debating whether she should forgive her father and reconcile with him. Meghan and her father reportedly were once close, as he helped raise her in Los Angeles after his divorce from her mother, Doria Ragland, and said he paid for her education in private schools and at Northwestern University.
