New details emerge about MeghanMarkle's correspondence with the royal family after making shocking revelations about them during her interview with Oprah
Markle’s correspondence with her father-in-law was sent in response to a letter she initially received from Charles expressing his sorrow over the family tension. The report further notes that Charles, who was then known as the Prince of Wales, was the only senior royal who reached out to Markle following the “Oprah with Meghan and Harry” TV special.
Additionally, Markle allegedly told Charles that her intention was not to accuse the family member of racism, but to rather discuss unconscious bias. Despite the reportedly “warm” tone of their correspondence, with Markle thanking the King for his letter, tension within the family remains.Earlier this year, Prince Harry clarified his beliefs about the royal family being “racist.”
