McKinney is seeing an increase industrial development with several developers working on warehouse projects. Greystar is one of the country’s largest operators and builders of apartments that has recently expanded into industrial development. Greystar’s best-known Dallas apartment projects include the Ascent apartment high-rise in Victory Park and the Gabriella tower just east of downtown on Live Oak Street.
North Texas is the country’s largest industrial development market with more than 70 million square feet of space in the pipeline.
