The suspect struck the mother with a car, dragging her more than 150 feet, before getting out and punching her while she was on the ground, police say.
Police in California are seeking the public's help this weekend in identifying a suspect who allegedly assaulted a mother in a McDonald's drive-thru earlier this month.Department, at just after 12 p.m. on February 5, the victim of the attack arrived at a McDonald's drive-thru with her children in the vehicle.
"Investigators believe this incident was an unprovoked attack upon the victim and her children. We need your help to identify this violent and dangerous suspect!" the department wrote on Saturday. After the suspect initially struck her car, Amaro said that she stepped out of her vehicle to prevent them from leaving the scene. That's when the suspect struck her.
"As I was trying to get up and get my balance back on my feet, she got out of her vehicle and started punching me multiple times," the victim added."I counted six times in my face, but it could have been more."
