Phillip Crawley is the Publisher and CEO of The Globe and Mail, Canada’s National Newspaper. He oversees the strategy and operations of The Globe and Mail newspaper, web sites including globeandmail.com, reportonbusiness.com and globeinvestor.com, and magazines including Report on Business.
He is chairman of The Canadian Press and the Canada Board of AAM and a board member of The Canadian Newspaper Association and the World Association of Newspapers/IFRA. His voluntary activities include board membership of the Sunnybrook Foundation; the Charter for Business, which raises funds for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award in Canada; and the Sir Edmund Hillary Foundation. He serves as Honorary Consul for New Zealand in Toronto.
