Porzingis suffered the injury in Game 1, but didn’t leave that contest — instead he was eventually ejected after a scuffle within the third quarter. He then went on to play the next two games before he was ruled out with “right knee soreness.” As of now, Porzingis has not been ruled out of any series beyond the current one , and Dallas says that further treatment options are presently being explored.
In three playoff games, Porzingis averaged 23.7 points and 8.7 rebounds on 52.5 per cent shooting from the field and a red-hot 52.9 per cent from three-point range.
