Plasencia was allegedly aware of the drug's harmful effects, having witnessed Perry suffer adverse reactions, including a spike in blood pressure.RELATED: Sangha, known as the "Ketamine Queen," is accused of selling about 50 vials of ketamine to Perry in October 2023. A search of her home uncovered additional ketamine, methamphetamine, cocaine, Xanax, and drug paraphernalia. Fleming served as a broker in these transactions.U.S.
