Martha Stewart's daughter, Alexis, has listed her $53 million condo she created by combining four different units.
Richard Meier-designed 165 Charles Street building for $53 million. She combined four separate units over the course of several years to create thisacross three floors looking out over the Hudson River. The 9,500 square feet of living space consists of 16 rooms in total, including a kitchen with two butler pantries, a walk-in fridge, library, media room, gym and laundry room with three washer dryers.
Another unit is available for rent at $30,000 per month. The building was designed to appear similar to two existing buildings on the nearby Perry Street so they would complement each other across the skyline. 165 Charles won the AIAHere, the dining room shows one of the many light fixtures that convey with the listing.And here is a look at part of the kitchen with the subway tile backsplash.
