CLEVELAND, Ohio — Mark Majer, a magistrate judge for Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court, has been appointed as Cleveland Municipal Court judge, replacing the suspended Pinkey Carr.A former judge for Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, Majer will begin his term Friday. He has been a magistrate for the juvenile court for 22 years. He also is a former assistant county prosecutor.
