Maritime Junior Hockey League. - ContributedSUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Olivier LeClair’s goaltending led the Campbellton Tigers to a 5-2 road win over the Summerside Western Capitals on Nov. 12.

Forward Dawson Stairs, who played the second half of last season with the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League’s Charlottetown Islanders, scored twice, and added an assist to lead the Tigers, who improved to 10-5-0-1 . Peter Stanger and Richard Connor also scored while Jake Kyle , Justin David and Daniel Khatib earned helpers.

Despite being outshot 17-6 in the opening period, the Tigers took a 1-0 lead into the first intermission and led 3-2 following 40 minutes. The Timberwolves get goaltender Ryan Knight, the MHL rights to goaltender Jack Flanagan and a third-round pick in 2024.
