Of course, the only way to be absolutely sure that your pot pie has an ample amount of meat is to make it yourself, and here we have a fine recipe that will help you do just that; tender chunks of delicately poached chicken floating in a flavorful and thick sauce underneath a buttermilk drop biscuit top.
