Since the trade deadline, Marner has led all National Hockey League forwards in ice time with an average of 22 minutes 54 seconds a game in 14 games. Before the deadline, Marner averaged 21 minutes three seconds a game.
In nine games with the Leafs at the end of last season after signing upon leaving Harvard, Abruzzese had one goal. Sunday marks the first anniversary of his first NHL game.
