2 dead; shooter on the loose in Harrisburg homicide: police
Two died in a shooting at a Harrisburg row home near 16th and Chestnut streets on March 13, 2022. Several people asked that same question as a wave of grief hit when Harrisburg Police Commissioner Thomas Carter quietly spoke to a man standing by crime scene tape at 16th and Chestnut streets late Sunday afternoon.
Police were still at the scene at 7 p.m., blocking off the area as more people arrived, trying to find out what happened while consoling others.He said police believe it was a targeted shooting.
