Police said Tuesday they had obtained an arrest warrant for 63-year-old Donnie Moreland on a murder charge. Officers found Erica Davis, 38, with a gunshot wound inside a home in the 2500 block of Marburg Street, near Crozier Street, about 5:45 p.m. Feb. 1. Police said she died at the home.On Monday, the Dallas County medical examiner’s office ruled Davis’ death a homicide. Police said they now believe Moreland shot Davis.Anyone with information may contact Det.
